Sunvair Acquires Med-Craft, Inc.
March 25 2026
Acquisition Expands Company Capabilities
Tulsa, OK, March 25, 2026…Sunvair is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of aviation services company, Med-Craft. The acquisition includes both the Med-Craft and Med-Air divisions. Med-Craft, a family-owned business based in Miami, FL, has provided repair services and component overhauls to a range of customers for over 50 years. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"This acquisition increases our overall capabilities” said Kerry Jarandson, President and CEO of Sunvair Aerospace Group. “There are several product offerings that will be new to our portfolio, giving our customers more access to solutions they need all in one place.”
Med-Craft’s repair/overhaul services are focused on Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electro-Mechanical component repair. Water and waste systems are also part of the company’s MRO capabilities. The integration of these services into the Sunvair family expands their resources for current customers and also provides the company potential for new customers.
“We’re thrilled about this new phase of growth, partnering with Sunvair, after our 55 years of private ownership,” said Karina Dueñas, Med-Craft CEO. “Med-Air and Med-Craft have always been very customer-focused, a value that Sunvair embodies deeply, and we both have a strong culture of great service and reliability, as our clients know well. We look forward to continuing to serve all of our customers with the same commitment and responsiveness they've come to expect, and with the added new excitement of what lies ahead."
“We are strategically growing our business, both organically and with acquisitions that complement our strengths,” added Jarandson. “The acquisition of Med-Craft fits well with our strategy and helps us continue to expand the products and services that benefit customers.”
